This client management license (ML) suite allows one nonserver device on which managed operating system environments (OSEs) run to be managed by both System Center Essentials 2010 and System Center Data Protection Manager 2010. The managed device may run any number of client OSEs, up to the technical limit of 500.

Server ML suites are also available. A server ML suite is required for each server device managed by both System Center Essentials 2010 and System Center Data Protection Manager 2010.

License Only: This license does not require media, license keys, or setup codes.

Software Assurance: Under the Software Assurance program, you have the right to install any new release of products covered in the agreement during the term of your coverage.
